We ship to addresses across the United States and to over 30 countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $100 and international orders over $150. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take an additional 1–3 business days.
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Next-Day orders. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes via USPS is available.
We currently ship to over 30 countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly. Customs processing times can vary widely by country.
Please note: some products may be restricted from import in certain countries due to local regulations. If your order cannot be delivered due to import restrictions, we will refund the product cost but not the shipping fee.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., holiday season, major sales events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our support team at support@starlightfairyshop.com with your order number.
Packages may be returned to us if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or the package is refused by the recipient.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order, before it enters processing. Contact us immediately at support@starlightfairyshop.com.
My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check with neighbors and building reception first. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 1–2 days early. If your package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout. Gift wrapping is available as a paid add-on and can be selected during checkout.
